“a daughter” is a video project about nostaliga. Growing up is both exciting and scary. As I’m growing up I realise my relationships with both my parents and grandparents are changing. I am no longer the little kid that they hold and play with. I am growing into an adult with my own responsibilities. Instead of talking about my favorite movies I now talk about bills and time. I wish I could go back. I wish I could hold my dads hand while we walk along the beach. I wish I could sit in my granny’s lap again and have her sing me lullaby’s.
